Consistency Rules

Consistency ruleProgram-dependent: Instant 20%, Ignite 15%, Elite Access 40% (funded only, none on evaluation), Elite Daily 40% (evaluation only).

Firm Rules

Evaluation & Profit Target +
Top One runs 1-Step Instant, Ignite, Elite Access and Elite Daily programs. Reach the program's target inside its drawdown to fund the account or keep it active.
Drawdown / Max Loss +
An end-of-day drawdown model applies, with the maximum-loss level set at each program tier.
Consistency Rule +
A single day's profit is capped between 15% and 40% depending on program — Ignite 15%, Instant 20%, Elite tiers 40%.
Minimum Trade Duration (10-Second Rule) +
Every trade must stay open longer than 10.00 seconds — 10.01s is fine, 10.00s is a violation. Closing any part of a position early breaks the rule, though scaling in within 10 seconds is allowed. If roughly 50% or more of your profit or your trades breach it, those profits are stripped.
Exploiting System / Latency Errors +
Any attempt to profit from feed errors, mispricings, delays or latency arbitrage results in an immediate breach.
Insider Info & Front-Running +
Trading on non-public or insider information, and front-running trades placed elsewhere, are both prohibited.
Hedging Between Accounts +
You can't hedge one account against another — inside Top One or across other prop firms and brokers. Every account must reflect an independent strategy.
Account Access +
Only the registered owner may trade the account; handing access to friends, family or third parties is a violation.
Payout & Withdrawal +
Payouts run on a cycle with a $500 minimum, withdrawn via crypto.
