Prop Firm Payout Calculator
See exactly what you take home from a funded account after the profit split, 100%-payout tiers, consistency rules and minimum-withdrawal thresholds — with real terms for 22 futures firms.
Pick a firm to prefill its real split, 100%-payout tier and any minimum withdrawal, or enter your own numbers. Apex pays 100% on your first $25K of profit (then 90%); Topstep pays 100% on the first $10K. The consistency field shows how many profitable days you need so no single day breaches the cap.
What actually decides your take-home
The advertised profit split is only the start. Three other terms quietly change what lands in your account:
- 100%-payout tiers — Apex pays you 100% on the first $25K of profit, Topstep on the first $10K, before the standard split kicks in. That materially raises your effective split on early payouts.
- Consistency rules — a cap (often 30–50%) on how much of your profit can come from one day. It forces you to spread gains across multiple days before you can withdraw.
- Minimum withdrawal — some firms won’t release a payout until it clears a floor ($200–$500). Below that you keep trading.
Prefill any firm above to load its real terms, then adjust the profit to model your own scenario. A big split means little if a consistency rule or minimum keeps your money locked — which is why we pair this with the Payout Reliability Index that scores who actually pays, and how fast.
