Firm Rules

Evaluation & Profit Target +
Futures Prime uses 1-Step and 2-Step evaluations at $10K–$100K with 8% or 10% profit targets, a 5% maximum daily loss and a 10% total drawdown.
Drawdown / Max Loss +
Two limits run together: no more than 5% loss on any single day and no more than 10% total drawdown over the account's life.
Consistency Rule +
During the challenge a single day can't exceed 40% of total profit. Earning (funded) accounts carry no consistency requirement.
Copy Trading +
Copy manually or automatically across up to 5 of your own accounts, and from a personal external account inward. Copying between Challenge and Earning accounts, or from other traders, is prohibited.
Expert Advisors +
You may trade with your own EA as long as it doesn't perform any prohibited activity from the terms.
Prohibited Strategies +
Martingale and similar high-risk styles, grid trading, gap trading, overnight holding on Futures Prime, and high-frequency trading are all banned.
Scalping +
Scalping is allowed in all futures accounts.
Inactivity Rule +
No trade for 21 consecutive days marks the account inactive and it is suspended.
Gambling & Lot Consistency +
Traders must keep lot sizes consistent, showing disciplined rather than all-or-nothing trading.
Payout & Withdrawal +
Futures Prime pays an 80% profit share; payouts need 5 profitable days of $200+, with a positive net profit required for the second and later rewards.
