Evaluation & Profit Target +

AquaFutures spans Beginner, Standard, Instant/Instant Pro and Flex programs from 25K to 150K, each with its own targets and contract scaling.

Drawdown / Max Loss +

End-of-day and intraday drawdown variants apply depending on the program you choose.

Consistency Rule +

A single day's profit is capped between 15% and 40% by program — Instant Pro 15%, Instant 20%, and Standard/Beginner/Flex 40%.

News Trading +

Allowed on evaluation. On funded it's strictly off-limits around red-folder news — close everything at least 2 minutes before and open nothing until 2 minutes after. A first breach deducts profit; repeats can terminate the account.

Expert Advisors +

Fully automated AI, bots and EAs are banned. Semi-automated trading is allowed only if you actively monitor and manage each trade, and scalping systems that exceed 200 trades a day are not permitted.

Copy Trading +

Allowed only between your own accounts, including personal external ones. Copying to or from another trader, sharing EA configs, or using pass-my-challenge services triggers a breach and profit forfeiture.

Trading Hours +

The daily session runs 10:00 PM to 8:10 PM UTC, Sunday through Friday. Open trades are auto-closed at market close and that doesn't count as a violation.

Inactivity Rule +

You need at least one trade every 7 days on both evaluation and funded accounts, or the account is breached for inactivity.
